Hawaiian Banana But Bread

No pic for this recipe sorry. This bread is a tasty treat with wonderful fruit and nut flavors.


U Need:
* 3 cups all purpose flour
* 3/4 teaspoon salt 
*1 teaspoon baking soda
*2 cups white sugar
*1 cup chopped walnuts
*1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
* 3 eggs beaten
* 1 cup vegetable oil
*2 cups mashed very ripe bananas 
*1 (8 ounce) can crushed pinaple drained   
* 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
*1 cup maraschino cherry's diced




Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) Grease two 9x5 inch loaf pans.


In large mixing bowl combine everything  stir just until blended . Pour bater evenly into the prepared pans.


Bake at 350F for 60 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 mins

Roasted Chicken Wrap

Sorry i dont have a pic for this recipe. This recipe is great though i love how it makes you feel full without making you feel gross. if you love spices you will love this recipe.



You need:
3 large boneless chicken breast halves skinless
3 cloves garlic peeled
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons olive  oil
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons cumin


You Also Need:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium white onion sliced into rings
1/2 red bell pepper sliced lengthwise
1/2 green bell pepper sliced lengthwise
1 tablespoon dried oregano
6-10 inch tortillas warmed in aluminium foil in oven




Directions:


In food processor combine garlic cloves, vinegar,olive oil,sugar and cumin until smooth. Dip chicken breast into vinegar mixture save remaining mixture in refrigerator. Place breast into a baking pan and bake uncovered 30 mins. Turn breast over and baste topside with vinegar mixture return to oven for another 30 mins basting occasionally with vinegar mixture. When chicken is done cut into strips and keep warm until ready to serve.


Meanwhile heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat add onions pepper strips and oregano. Cook about 15 mins until onions and peppers    are limp and tender stirring often.



Divide onions and peppers equally among warm tortillas and top with chicken mixture wrap serve immediately garnish with salsa

Zesty Corn Combo



This recipe is very fast to make and taste great gives a little zing to reg corn i used this recipe as my dish at thanksgiving people loved it. Let me know what you think.





YOU NEED:


1 TABLESPOON BUTTER 


1 MEDIUM RED BELL PEPPER (COARSELY CHOPPED)


1MEDIUM GREEN BELL PEPPER (COARSELY CHOPPED) ( ABOUT 1 CUP)


1 MEDIUM JALAPEÑO (CHILL SEEDED AND FINALLY CHOPPED) 


2 BAGS(1LB EACH) FROZEN WHOLE KERNEL CORN 


2 TEASPOONS CHOPPED FRESH CILANTRO




Directions:




In 12 inch nonstick skillet melt butter over medium heat cook bell peppers and chili in butter 2 to 3 mins stirring occasionally until bell peppers are crisp tender. Stir in frozen corn and salt. Cover and cook 5 to 6 mins stirring occasionally until corn is tender stir in cilantro.
